30 Day Returns

Every Cane Merchant walking stick comes with a 30 day return promise. If your cane isn't right, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund.

To be eligible, your cane must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Give it a careful look over when it arrives, but a stick that has been out walking can't come back.

To start a return, contact us through the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We'll email you a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label, and a flat £2 return postage charge is deducted from your refund, with us covering the rest of the tracked service. Please don't post anything back without contacting us first, as unregistered returns can't be traced to your order.

Bespoke and commissioned pieces are made to your specification and are exempt from change of mind returns, in line with UK consumer law. They remain fully covered against faults and damage in transit.
